Terms & Conditions for the purchase of eBay templates
Payment must be received within 7 days of placing your order.
A purchase of a template permits usage on 1 eBay account.
Templates are provided via a free web based template tool. If you wish to self-host, then the template CSS, images and JavaScript files can be provided but you will need to generate the HTML initially using the template tool.
The sale of all templates does not include any dynamic PHP scripts, these scripts will always be available on the finestdesign.co.uk server but are not included as part of the sale.
Free access to the template tool does not include any hosting facility and therefore you will need to use your own hosting resource for the hosting of product images.
Templates are provided exactly as demonstrated and in the colour scheme of your choice and do not include any customization of the layout.
Support and template updates are provided for a period of 12 months.
